County Platform: At the GRASS ROOTS LEVEL of local government:
As the Peoples' Commissioner
1. I will keep them more informed by performing an operational review annually of all departments and special districts as to each entity's goals, purpose and attainment thereof. (This in addition to our independent Auditor's Financial Statement)
2. I will create a website (www.commish.org) to organize a strength in numbers campaign to solve similar county problems in addition to influencing our state governments to take over unconstitutional Federal powers and areas where they have shown total incompetence.
3. Immediately seek to increase drilling, reduce government regulation at all levels and position the county to take back Public Lands under the pretense that the Federal Government is technically insolvent, has used up all our social security funds many times over and needs a complete overhaul.
4. Assuming the Federal government debt is too much of a hardship and the duties of the IRS and the Department of Social Security shift to the states I will support the adoption of a new states' Zip Id and Federal ALLOWANCE (similar to the one you give your children-not a credit card) issued by each state and ALLOCATED by WE THE PEOPLE!

5. Through combined effort with many states' counties, I will seek to end the Federal Department of Education with its high overhead and NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND program. Local management of education allowing the peoples' input involving public as well as private and home schooling is much more efficient than the Federal Funding game.
6. Terminate ALL Federal grants because this builds a reliance on our National Debt which is already out of control and takes all our Federal income tax just to cover the annual interest. There's no free lunch and our children and their children will be stuck with this debt for the rest of their lives. U.S. Debt Clock>
7. As a Commissioner, I would delegate qualified personnel to attend meetings of the special districts and departments keeping me informed of any important events in a fraction of the time of personal attendance. I feel a Commissioner's time to accomplish the Peoples' will is much more important than attending fifty internal meetings a month. Drilling, employment, state and federal issues are not going to be solved in internal department and special district meetings.
8. I seek to better the relationship with the Ute Tribe and Uintah County by investigating those areas of mutual cooperation.
9. Joining with other counties to influence states to Follow our Constitution by getting us out of the UN! "Treason against the United States....or in adhering to their ENEMIES, GIVING THEM AID and COMFORT. (examples: ObamaCare, National Debt to China and Foreign Aid to enemies) Article III Section 3
10. Influencing other counties to join together in having their states Eliminate ALL Federal identifications and data base redundancies while giving Congress the bare constitutional needs as determined by a budget allocation sheet filled out by the taxpayers on the back of their contribution statements. The Federal government (Congress) would then collect this ALLOWANCE from each state (Satisfying Article I Section 8-U.S. Constitution and in agreement with the TEA PARTY).
11. Scrutinize all local taxes, budgets and financial statements for need and reduction.
12. Investigate Utah Retirement options and make the default income fund similar to the Utah Oil Fund or Scandanavian Income Certificates.
13. In line with Uintah County history and preparing for the possibility that our Federal currency totally collapses I would encourage turning the old jail over as a vault for storing gold and silver while creating a local currency press in the old museum to distribute this local standard.
14.I would seek to establish a weapons plant in Uintah County to increase employment, commit to the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution's RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS, aid local small businesses in the sale of armament and ammunition while avoiding Federal firearm registration and equipping our local County militia under the direction of the local Sheriff.
15. Reorganize our insolvent Federal government under The Constitutional Alliance of the United States of America!Drop the Federal Reserve in favor of a non-service charge U.S.A. fund with no lending power. Bring back a monetary system based on precious metals and eliminate the worthless paper we have now. Rome wasn't built in day, this will have to be done over a period of time with a currency established between alliance states. Large municipal areas on the east and west coast do not have the same ideals as the counties in between, so it would be better for them to be on their own so they can maintain their socialistic ideals. The bottom line is that socialism is fine until the money runs out. The money has run out and non socialistic counties should not have to pay the bill for those who want a free ride.

In Summary
Instill in all county residents not only a pride for Uintah County but the security in knowing that we as Uintah County residents could be INDEPENDENT (if need be) from the Federal government while seeking to return government-at the Grass Roots Level-back to the People and replace Federal MASTERS with the PEOPLES' SERVANTS! And to quote Ronald Reagan"We have a rendezvous with destiny" not with debt, tyranny and depression. Thomas Jefferson said, "When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.

For Homeowners: Home prices artificially soared and then plummeted based on the government's intervention in the housing market. Libertarians would stabilize home prices by removing these bad federal and state policies and rigorously pursuing fraud.
